Three zones, honest timings
These are working days after dispatch, not marketing numbers.
Peninsular Malaysia
Working days. Klang Valley is usually next day.
East Malaysia
Working days to Sabah and Sarawak.
Singapore
Working days. Duties, if any, are the recipient's.
Free delivery over RM79
Within Peninsular Malaysia. Below that it is charged at cost — we do not mark up postage. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day.
When we dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day. After that, the next working day.
We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. Tracking is emailed the moment the courier collects — check your spam folder before assuming it has not been sent.
One free size exchange
Sizing a dog from a website is hard, and getting it wrong the first time is normal. Free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, free refund within 14 days if unworn, no restocking fee.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags on. Email us your order number and the size you need instead, and we arrange the pickup.

Returns
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, that is on us — tell us within 14 days and we replace it or refund in full, including the delivery you paid.
Change of mind: free refund within 14 days if unworn, with tags on. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours.
What we cannot take back
- Anything worn outdoors or washed
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items returned without tags
- Sale items marked final
Collection in person
We are a studio and stockroom in Bukit Jalil, not a shopfront, so there are no walk-ins.
Collection can be arranged by appointment — message us first and we will send the exact address once a time is agreed.
