Everything ships from Kuala Lumpur.
- Peninsular Malaysia — 2–4 working days
- East Malaysia — 5–7 working days
- Singapore — 5–7 working days
Free delivery on orders over RM 150 within Peninsular Malaysia. Below that, delivery is charged at cost.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day. We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Exchanges
Sizing a dog from a website is hard, and getting it wrong the first time is normal. One free size exchange within 14 days, Peninsular Malaysia, no restocking fee. The item needs to be unworn with tags still on.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need instead, and we'll arrange a pickup.
Returns
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery you paid.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days on unworn items with tags on. Return postage is yours to cover unless the fault was ours.
What we can't take back
- Anything worn outdoors or washed
- Items returned after 14 days
- Sale items marked final
