These govern your use of loe.my and any order you place. Written to be read rather than to be survived — fifteen short sections, no clause designed to trip you up.

Who we are
This store is operated by LOE PAWS PET SUPPLIES, registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under number KT0621654-T, based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
"We", "us" and "LOE" refer to that business. "You" refers to the person placing the order.
Products and descriptions
Every listing is written from the actual garment. Colours shift between screens — what you see on your phone may differ slightly from the piece that arrives.
Measurements in centimetres are the reliable guide, not the photograph.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Larger sizes are priced higher than smaller ones; the price shown against each size at checkout is the price you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If something is listed at an obviously incorrect price through human or technical error, we may cancel and refund in full rather than fulfil it — and we will tell you before doing so.
Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the delivery address, or if we suspect fraud.
Stock is limited and some pieces are made once. If an item sells out between your order and our dispatch, we contact you and refund that item in full.
Delivery
Times, costs and the free-delivery threshold are on Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Courier delays and public holidays are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Set out in full in our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discount codes
- Single use per customer unless stated otherwise
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- No cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time
We may cancel an order and its discount where a code has been obtained or used in a way it was not intended.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, and the LOE name and marks belong to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under it.
Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Changes, and governing law
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Fit, safety and supervision
Our garments are clothing, not safety equipment. A coat or harness-style vest sold here is not a substitute for a properly fitted walking harness, and nothing we sell is rated for restraint in a vehicle.
Never leave a dog unsupervised in any garment. You are responsible for supervising your animal.
